Highlights of past three or so days:

1. A young Syrian boy I kinda knew was brutally attacked at Kraków’s most busy area, the city market. He was a refugee, currently collecting money in order to pass matura exam and go to the university.
2. Our “President” said that he would support act on prohibition of “homosexual propaganda”. Schools which organized “The Rainbow Friday”, an informative action about LGBT+ people face now scrutiny and may be given penalties.
3. March of Independence has again taken over Warsaw’s streets, destroying cars, newspaper booths and displays. The frequention was about 300.000 people; families with children naming themselves “pure poles” seeing no wrong in marching alongside literal nazis such as ONR and Fuorza Nova. Their sample screams? “The place of a woman is in the kitchen”, “white p*wer”, homophobic slurs. People wielding “KonsTYtucJA” banners were attacked.
4. People from the government, including Prime Minister, President and PiS chairman, Jarosław Kaczyński, were present at the March of Independence and openly supported it.
5. Two people from antifascist march in Wrocław were injured by nazis.
