did u know that actually making genders to fit specific personality traits such as being more dominant or liking feminine things does nothing to dismantle gender roles and gender itself as a construct. what it does do is it feeds into the existing gender roles and stereotypes that if u like (x) then u must be a different gender.

creating more and more genders based on mental illness symptoms, personality traits and your interests only adds more fuel to the idea that certain genders should only do certain things and behave in certain ways. just because you made the cage bigger doesn’t mean you’re free
