In grade school or a small office or whatever the odds might be kind of low because you have a very limited pool of people you interact with. But in any group with 100+ people, most likely about 10 of them are lgbt and they probably hang out with each other more than they do anybody else.

I got a trans and gay brother in law, a pansexual brother, several bi/gay friends and a nb buddy at school. Just the people I know offline. Include the ones I know online and it is greater.

Yeah, we’re like 1% of the population, give or take, but given that the population is what, 7-8 billion(?) that is quite a bit of people. Like 8 digits worth of people (1% of 8 billion is 80 million)
